Here's my first-ever cleanup/vector/whatever it may be called. Forgive if it's not great; I only have Paint to work with. I don't pursue this sort of thing often, but I felt it necessary to contribute.

Here's the version without the "snow/petals/whatever". This one is more likely to be painful to the eyes because filling the spots was a royal pain.
